Argh

GoDaddy.com has an option to sign up a domain with a proxy company. This is supposed to hide your address so that spammers can't find your email and address so easy. Which sounds like a good idea.....BUT. I'm not so sure. I tried searching on Google and Google groups for information about this service and reviews. Mostly I'm finding pissing and theological discussions from Spam fighters. Some think this is the best service since sliced bread, others think hiding your information on the registration process in any way is A BAD THING(tm), and others think spammers use this proxy server to hide themselves and therefore the entire process is tainted.
