My newest book trilogy obsession

Last weekend I visited the used book store at Ramstein and picked up two interesting looking books: a murder mystery short story compilation and Kushiel's Dart by Jacqueline Carey. It's a fantasy set in a Renaissance-like alternative universe and the central character/heroine is a trained courtesan and spy who like S&M games. Cool, huh? I finished it around 2am last night. This is the first book in a trilogy, and the third book just came out in Hardback last April. So if I look long enough at the used book store, I'll probably be able to find the second book and then eventually the third book in paperback.
