Customer relations lessons

I learned a new one from my boss today: To really impress a customer, yell at the colleague who answers the phone and speaks with the customer. Raise your voice and be very explicit about how much said colleague shouldn't be on the the telephone with said customer. That will impress them with how professional you are.
