Off to Rome

We're leaving here in an hour to catch a train, then a bus, then a cheap flight to Rome.

Yesterday we drove to the Black Forest (it took about 2 1/2 - 3 hours) and looked around Freiburg a little and then walked around Titisee a lot. Titisee is a cute postage stamp of a little town on a lake. Or rather, that's the name of the lake and a small town has attached itself. Anyway, the lake is 860m above sea level, drinking water quality, created by a glacier, stocked full of fish, and beautiful. After Titisee, we drove a little through the countryside before getting back on the Autobahn and coming home. Oh, we had Black Forest cake IN the Black Forest. Very strong. Whew. But very good. :)
