Today at lunch I learned

Today at lunch I learned that Americans have more culture than East Europeans. This is how I learned it:

A couple (obviously foreign) were asking for change for the parking meter machine. My boss ignored them, my colleague stopped to see if he had change (I knew I didn't). My boss made exasperated sounds and mutterings, saying Stefan was too nice.

Me: "Why?"
Him: "They're foreigners"
Me: "So am I!!!"
Him: "Yes, but East Europeans have no culture"
