I finished reading Blood Pact

I finished reading Blood Pact by Tanya Huff yesterday. It's the fourth of five in her Vampire series. I have read books one and two and then over Christmas I bought books three and four. I actually read the fourth book by accident, not realizing that the other one was book three. Anyway...

It was pretty good. Not quite as sexy as Laurel K. Hamilton's vampire series and the politics isn't as strong between the two central male love interests, but a good read. The end threw me for a loop though and left me feeling very lonely and sad. The decision and process of the main female character becoming a vampire wasn't very detailed - I felt very detached through out the last few pages. Hmm.
