I think I mentioned last week that my Grandma T had a stroke and was in the hospital. She's doing okay. They're concerned about her gallbladder now - she's jaunticed. But her church lady's come by to visit, the Father has been by, and her boyfriends too. Yes, boyfriends. We only knew about Charlie, her friend of at least fifteen years, but he and Bob were visiting last time Mom called. Go Grandma! :)
In any case, our family is trying to figure out how we can help Grandma from here on. She's more than likely going to need help. We're floating various schemes: one of us moving in with Grandma, selling her house and moving her in with Mom and Dad, etc. Right now it's all speculation. We'll have to see how she is doing, and what SHE wants to do, when we go to visit at the end of the month. Mom might go up before then, depending on how she's doing.
