I had a lovely relaxing weekend. Four days of no stress whatsoever! Bliss!
I meet Bill after he got off work for a drink. I surprised him by wearing a dress. Gasp! It's not something I do very often anymore (wear a dress). I like it though. Just have to find a few more dresses that I like and will wear. :)
We went out after there to another bar. We had a great time, but I paid for it all weekend. There was soo much smoke in the bar that after three or four hours in there, I felt like I'd been in a house with a cat for the same amount of time. Yuck. So between normal spring hay fever allergies and that, I was really congested over the weekend. Moreso in the evening and nighttime - I woke up hacking and having problems breathing Sunday morning. Lovely.
Sunday Bill, his son and I had a wonderful Easter. We had a nice big breakfast, searched for all the chocolate eggs the Easter Bunny left all over the house, colored eggs, went for a walk, played with his sons new RC Hovercraft, and then had a nice turkey dinner.
Then I came back to my house yesterday and continued my Spring Cleaning. I'm taking my time - a room or major area a day. That way I pace myself and don't burn out. I'm tired of the clutter. And visiting Grandma T's house a month ago REALLY got me tired of the clutter. So I'm starting to straighten it up and organize and go through stuff. Just got to keep it up! In the afternoon I to the Sbahn to Hanau and walked around a castle they have there (it's more of a summer palace, but they call it a Castle. Okay, fine.). The weather was beautiful and it was a nice walk. I came back to my house in time to meet Bill for dinner and then I spent the evening reading.
Very relaxing, no stress weekend.
