I spoke with Bill on the phone Wednesday night. He's in Dallas trying to get all settled in - finding an apartment, learn his way around, etc. He sounded soo happy! I think we're both relieved that he's finally able to get on with his life again - new job, new town, etc. The time with his son was great, but four months not working and not knowing when you'll find work wears on you.

I've been checking in on your blog now and then. I have been experiencing general Deutsch-lust lately, so that's how I got to your site. My man and I are planning a trip there this year (Munich), and, hope to (ha ha?) score some world cup tickets for a trip next year as well.
Glad to hear your Bill has found a job and is getting settled. No fun looking for a job.
