I was just telling one of my co-workers that I found out last night my Dad's mother - Grandma W - is in the hospital. They think she had a couple of mini-strokes, but Dad said she sound good on the phone. I'm going to call her today.
Anyway, the point is, in the course of telling my co-worker, I realized it's been almost exactly a year since Grandma T. passed away.
For some reason, that just hit me really hard. Caught me up short and I had to go in the bathroom for a minute.
On a much happier note, a year ago last weekend Bill and I were in Barcelona. That was a lovely trip and one of my best memories.
