Crochetville Secret Pal

I joined the Crochetville Secret Pal swap this round. This is going to be soo much fun! I've already sent my pal two e-cards and I'm slowing thinking up things to send her in the mail. :) Have to get cracking on that since it'll take a little longer to send things internationally. Also, my secret pal has already sent me a couple of emails and an e-card. It's such a pick me up to receive a nice e-card from a stranger!

I love surprises, so I think this is going to be great fun! The hard part is going to be talking about my pal in such a way as to not give it away in case she stumbles upon my blog(s).

In other great news, I'm going to be meeting another American Crochetville lady next weekend - Marvie. We're going to meet up in Stuttgart and tour around the city for the day. She's a little shy about venturing out into Germany alone, so I'm hoping we hit it off and I can encourage her to venture out more. :)

Today was a great day. Oh, I've worked up some dish clothes from the "99 Dish Cloths" book Bill gave me for Christmas. I'll take photos of them tomorrow and post them. They're very pretty!

Hi Smoochie. There are a lot of really cool antiques stores in the Texoma area. I walked into one today and noticed that they had some old hardback crochet books, vintage 1920's, 30's ect.. interested? just let me know :)
