Purple Scarf Swatch
My good friend Janine was with me when I bought the Bernat Boa and LB Fun Fur. She loves purple like I love green. So we bought purple, um excuse me Parrot Bernat Boa to mix with Tropical LB Fun Fur. I did the other scarf as a test, and tonight I started on the swatches for Janine's. I also bought some very pretty luscious(!) micro-fiber yarn today, thinking I would mix it in with the Tropical.
Here's the yarn:

Here's the first swatch, using just the Bernat Boa and the micro-fiber:

Here's the second swatch using both the Bernat Boa and the Fun Fur:
Cute & funky. But a B*TCH to stich. OMG was it hard to find the stitches. I couldn't even feel my way through here. It's twisted too. I was hoping that after the first row it would look better, but I honestly don't know.
I'm going to ask Janine which she'd rather have. And if it's the second one, I'll persevere.
Okay, okay...I just stitch a second row on the second one and that wasn't as hard. We'll see which one she chooses. :)
