Flower Stitch

I've been seeing this awesome stitch on several high fashion crochet pieces lately and I love it! It looks so neat!

I found a tutorial on how to make it here. I'm going to have to practice on this sometime.

Oh - here's a lovely shawl pattern using this stitch - Petal Stitch Asymmetrical Poncho

And how could I forget Dot's Flower Hat??

I definitely have to try this stitch!

I am working on that poncho and I am useing homespun yarn but I changed the hook size to N and I think I will end up useing 3 skeins of yarn. Hope to have a picture on my web soon.
