Olympic Swatching

I finalized my pattern decision for my crochet top this weekend. It's the first top I saw that inspired me to want to make a top, about a year ago. I even bought the yarn for it on my trip to Karlsruhe when I met Marvie & Josie last year! This Crochet Olympics has been just the kick in the pants I needed to finally do it.

I started working up a swatch tonight during the Superbowl. Here it is:

Thanks for stopping by my blog, Anna, and thanks again for hosting the Olympics! It's amazing how word gets around, isn't it? I really needed a great excuse to start the bag I want to make for the Olympics!
